A 3-day camp and a 90-day program.

The three days reset discipline and rebuild the fundamentals for how buyers actually shop now: live drills, real role-play, and tools your team runs the moment they are back on the floor. Then the program keeps going.

Days 1–3

The camp

Three days of hands-on training. We mystery-shop your store before you arrive, profile every attendee with DISC, and coach live on the floor. No death-by-PowerPoint.

Days 4–90

The follow-through

A post-camp re-shop, a brush-up webinar, and 30-60-90 check-in calls on the action plan. The reinforcement that keeps a training from fading the week after.
